Beyond completed statements

See the Movement

Trends and budget comparisons show where revenue, costs and cash position are changing.

Understand the Context

Focused commentary separates routine variance from items that deserve management attention.

03

Set the Priority

A recurring review turns financial information into clear questions, decisions and next steps.

Bookkeeping plus decision support

What Growth includes.

Your monthly decision package

A clearer view of performance—not more reporting noise.

Completed Financials

Reconciled books and core financial statements from a documented monthly close.

Cash-Flow View

Visibility into cash movement, operating needs and agreed near-term considerations.

Variance & Trends

Budget-to-actual and period comparisons that highlight material movement.

Priority Review

A focused monthly discussion of exceptions, decisions and next-step priorities.

Reporting that earns attention

Move from “What are the numbers?” to “What do they mean?”

Growth reporting is built around the questions management actually needs to answer. The exact measures depend on your business model, systems and available data.

A recurring dashboard or financial report card may be incorporated when it improves the monthly decision process and the underlying data is sufficiently reliable.

A repeatable decision rhythm

How Growth works each month.

01

Close

Transactions are reviewed, accounts reconciled and the monthly books completed.

02

Analyze

Results are compared across budgets, periods and agreed measures.

03

Explain

Material movement, open questions and management considerations are identified.

04

Prioritize

The monthly review focuses attention on the decisions and actions that matter next.

Add depth with intention

Special projects and operational support stay clearly scoped.

Growth is comprehensive recurring support, but it does not hide every project or compliance task inside one monthly price. Additional work is defined before it begins.

Financial Report Card

A concise recurring scorecard comparing results with targets, standards or priorities.

Growth FAQ

Before you choose Growth.

Does Growth include all bookkeeping?

Growth includes the recurring bookkeeping and close support defined in Clarity, plus the analysis, reporting and monthly review listed in your engagement scope.

Is a dashboard automatically included?

Core trend and KPI reporting may be included. A custom interactive dashboard or expanded financial report card is scoped according to data sources, complexity and update requirements.

Can you report across multiple properties or entities?

Yes, when the accounting structure and available data support it. The number of entities, properties, systems and required consolidations affects scope and pricing.

Do you create the budget?

Simple budgeting and budget-to-actual reporting may be included. Complex forecasts, scenarios or detailed operating models may be better suited to Vision or a separate project.

What happens during the monthly review?

We focus on material changes, cash considerations, exceptions, agreed KPIs and the decisions or follow-up items that deserve attention.

Do you provide tax preparation, payroll or accounts receivable?

No. We do not prepare tax returns, process payroll or manage accounts receivable as core services. We can coordinate information with your CPA and other providers. Accounts payable support may be separately scoped.

Turn reporting into direction

Give every monthly close a business purpose.

We’ll review your books, reporting structure and management priorities to determine whether Growth is the right level of support.
