Add support when it serves a purpose
Optional work is scoped clearly.

Historical corrections and unreconciled periods beyond ordinary onboarding.
Compliance Reporting
Specific NMLS, FHA, investor or license-related reports when applicable.
Accounts Payable
Optional bill workflow and payment coordination with defined approvals.
Dashboard or Report Card

Clarity FAQ
Before you choose Clarity.
Is historical cleanup included?
Ordinary onboarding adjustments may be included when limited, but significant catch-up or cleanup is separately reviewed and priced before work begins.
Does Clarity include NMLS, FHA or investor filings?
Clarity maintains compliance-aware books and documentation, but specific filings or regulatory reports are included only when listed in your engagement scope. They may be added where applicable.
Can I add a dashboard to Clarity?
Yes. A dashboard or financial report card may be scoped as a separate project when the underlying records and data sources are sufficiently reliable. Growth or Vision may be a better fit when recurring analysis and advisory review are also needed.
Do you provide tax preparation, payroll or accounts receivable?
We do not prepare tax returns, process payroll or manage accounts receivable as core services. We can coordinate information with your CPA and other providers. Accounts payable support may be added where appropriate.
What affects the final monthly price?
Transaction volume, number of accounts and entities, reporting complexity, systems, documentation quality and the condition of the books all affect scope and pricing.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Clarity is designed to create a reliable foundation. Cash-flow analysis, budgets, KPIs, dashboards and advisory reviews can be added by moving into Growth or Vision as your needs change.
