Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the Greenkey Accounting Services website and its educational resources. Client services are governed separately by the written agreement entered into with each client.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the website operated by Greenkey Accounting Services (“Greenkey,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Information and educational resources
Website articles, newsletters, checklists, quizzes, guides, package descriptions and other resources are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not legal, tax, investment, audit or regulatory advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice based on your individual circumstances.
Greenkey provides bookkeeping, reporting and related financial-process support. Greenkey does not provide tax preparation, legal advice or tax advice.
3. Client engagements
Using the website, submitting an inquiry, taking a quiz, downloading a resource, joining an email list or participating in an introductory call does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when Greenkey and the client enter into a separate written agreement.
If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement concerning paid services, the signed client agreement controls for those services.
4. Acceptable use and user responsibilities
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms or automated systems, impersonate another person, or use website content in a way that infringes the rights of Greenkey or others.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you voluntarily submit through the website. Please do not send confidential accounting records, passwords, banking credentials or other sensitive financial information through ordinary website forms or email unless Greenkey has provided an approved secure method.
5. Intellectual property and permitted use
The website’s original text, branding, graphics, layouts and resources are owned by Greenkey or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may download and print resources that Greenkey expressly makes available for that purpose and use them internally for your own business. You may not sell them, remove ownership notices, publish them as your own, materially modify them for redistribution, or reproduce or distribute other website content without prior written permission.
6. Accuracy, results and website availability
Greenkey works to keep website information useful and current but does not warrant that all content will always be complete, accurate, current or free from errors. Package details, pricing, resource availability and website content may change without notice.
Greenkey does not guarantee any particular business, financial, licensing, compliance or other outcome from use of the website, its resources or its services. The website may occasionally be interrupted, unavailable or affected by circumstances beyond Greenkey’s control.
7. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to or use third-party services such as scheduling, email, social-media, form, analytics or software platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Greenkey does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or practices.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and its resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Greenkey disclaims warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed regarding the website and its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Greenkey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website or its resources. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Greenkey harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
10. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the website may be collected and used. If you separately choose to receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe using the link included in those emails. Transactional or inquiry-related communications may still be sent when necessary to respond to you or provide a requested resource or service.
11. Changes, governing law and general terms
We may revise these Terms periodically by posting an updated version and changing the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Please note: These website Terms do not replace or modify the scope, payment terms, responsibilities, confidentiality provisions or other terms contained in a signed client agreement.
