Is the discovery call free?
Yes. The initial discovery call is a no-cost conversation to understand your needs and determine whether Greenkey may be a good fit. Any diagnostic review or project work beyond that conversation will be clearly scoped.
Do my books need to be clean before we speak?
No. If cleanup or catch-up work is needed, that can be identified during the scope review and included in a separate or phased recommendation.
Can I hire Greenkey for a dashboard only?
Yes. Dashboards and financial report cards may be offered as a standalone build, a recurring reporting service or part of a broader Growth or Vision engagement, subject to data readiness and scope.
How quickly can work begin?
Start timing depends on availability, scope, record condition, access and any deadlines involved. A realistic schedule is provided before the engagement begins.
Do you prepare tax returns?
No. Greenkey provides bookkeeping, accounting support and reporting services. We can collaborate with your CPA and help organize agreed information for a smoother handoff.
Do you work with businesses outside Florida?
Yes. Greenkey serves businesses nationwide through a secure remote process.
Which systems do you support?
QuickBooks Online is a core accounting platform. Depending on the engagement, Greenkey may also work with agreed exports or workflows from property-management, mortgage, expense, accounts-payable and reporting platforms. Compatibility and access are confirmed during scoping.
